ENTRY

Join us for the largest display of Ford vehicles in Australia, the Annual All Ford Day on March 19, 2023.
Open to clubs and individuals alike, entrants are asked to register their vehicles to be displayed or judged.
  • One judging category per vehicle.
  • There are no Pay-On-The-Day judged entries.
  • All Ford Day is a family day, not a concourse event.
  • Judging will commence from 10.00 am.
  • Class results posted at the Judges Tent and announced over the PA. Trophies will be announced from 2pm.
  • All vehicles are to remain in place until the completion of trophy presentations.
  • If your vehicle is pre-registered for judging, you must attend the Judges Tent to sign-in and collect your Judging sticker.
  • Please display the judging sticker on the drivers side of the windscreen.
All Ford Day judging relies on the support of volunteer judges from every club, to ensure an impartial process.

JUDGING

Major Trophies

Major trophies are awarded by the volunteer judging team and event partners. All judged vehicles are eligible for the following Major Trophies:

  • Best Ford – The Perpetual William Clay Ford Jnr Trophy Presented by the Ford Motor Company
  • Best Performance Ford (Ford performance variant: GT, RS, Tickford, FPV, Shelby or on judges advice)
  • Powered by Ford (Best Engine)
  • Best Paint
  • Best Interior
  • Best Club Presented by Bowden’s Own (clubs must provide volunteer judges to be eligible)
  • Best Heavy Ford Open to all Ford trucks 
  • Shannons Choice Selected by Shannons Insurance
  • Rare Spares Real Restoration Selected by Rare Spares
  • Rare Spares Real Street Selected by Rare Spares
  • Highest Odometer Reading Presented by Bowdens Own and Rare Spares, contact the admin@allfordday.org.au to register.

Judging Categories

Judging is based on a maximum 10 points for each of the four areas: boot, engine bay, interior and paint. If one area of a vehicle is inaccessible to the judges, it will be awarded a zero.

Trophies will be awarded to the category winners and runners-up.

GETTING THERE

There will be no vehicle Pay-On-The-Day entries. If you have pre-purchased your tickets online, arrival maps and site maps will be issued via email.

Each Judged or Display vehicle entry includes a family pass for the occupants of the vehicle. You can pre-purchase additional spectator passes here – Tickets.

On arrival at the event, entrant vehicles will be queued on Eastern Park Circuit to minimise local impacts.

There is an allocated picnic area – please bring your picnic rug and settle in.


EVENT PARKING

There is ample on-street and off-street spectator parking dispersed around the event site. All attendees are reminded to park legally, to respect the local residents, to avoid gathering in large groups and to adhere to current government health advice. TOW VEHICLES AND TRAILERS

Tow vehicles with trailers are to unload their display cars in the Tow Vehicle & Trailer Parking Area shown on the site map. Entrants may then move the display vehicle to the appropriate area of the show arena.

YOU MUST PARK ONLY IN THE AREA ALLOCATED TO YOU.


LEAVING THE EVENT

For Insurance and Safety Purposes, A Condition Of Entry Is That All Vehicles Must Remain Stationary Until After The Presentation Of Trophies (3pm).

Please respect the road rules and local residents when leaving the event.
